Miley Cyrus’s new film So Undercover sees her star as Molly, a badass, straight-talking a private investigator who chose to leave high school to work with her father (Mike O’Malley), a former police officer. She basically spends her days fighting crime and kicking ass, until she’s called into an undercover operation at a University Sorority and swaps guns and car chases for lipgloss and frat parties, to protect the life of a sorority sister.

During a major makeover, Molly physically transforms herself from the tough, streetwise investigator, to a very affluent sorority girl Brooke Stonebridge, and goes about convincing her fellow students that she’s one of them without blowing her cover. However, Molly also has to learn how to “walk the walk” and “talk the talk” to keep her cover for her mission: protect the life of Alex Patrone (Lauren McKnight) whose father plans to testify against some very dangerous people, putting her life in danger.
Obviously it’s got a token hot boy (Josh Bowman), and some slapstick comedy – and perhaps less obviously we’re also treated to Kelly Osbourne in a supporting role with a VERY British accent.
So Undercover is released 7th December 2012
