Police arrested Jason Luis Rivera early Saturday morning after he broke into Miley Cyrus’ Los Angeles house while wielding a pair of scissors and demanding to see his “wife.”
Several employees of Cyrus were in the house during the break-in, and called 911 after Rivera refused to leave.
Police responding to the 911 call found Rivera hiding in the bushes, where he was preparing candles for his “wife.”

After refusing to cooperate, Rivera was tased and booked for burglary and trespassing.
