Miley Cyrus enjoyed a day out in New York yesterday 23rd July, visiting the set of The Dandy Project and taking some time to enjoy a bit of shopping. There are a couple of rumours that the main reason Miley is in New York is work related business, like a photoshoot and meeting up with Adam Shankman (however these are just that, rumours).
