The singer Miley Cyrus was spotted yesterday 12th July 2012, arriving at her daily pilates class in West Hollywood. She was wearing a pair of black leggings and a off-the-shoulder stripped top. She also showed another time her new tattoo. Be sure to check out the pictures below.
