‘MILEY Cyrus has big plans for Valentine’s Day.  She’ll be working! “Work,” the 17-year-old actress, who’s dating Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth, told Us Weekly magazine when asked how she intends to spend the romantic day. “I’m really boring.” The Hannah Montana star also denied rumors that she’s engaged — or that she’s been wearing a promise ring. “I bought it myself,” Cyrus said of her jewelery. “And I got it made in London, and everyone thought it was diamond when it wasn’t. It was the cheapest thing ever … So if I do get a promise ring, it better be real!”
