Earlier this week, Hannah Montana actress Miley Cyrus stepped out in Hollywood, where she was photographed with a new ring on her left hand. Once the pics hit the internet, rumors went wild that Miley and her current beau Liam Hemsworth have gotten engaged. “Miley’s not engaged,” Miley’s rep told People.
