Cutie Miley Cyrus went tanning one day, the creepy paparazzi were stalking her! Did she know that people were taking pics of her without her pantaloons in the last pic? Because I feel awkward looking at it. The jacket shes wearing is being ridiculously tacky just makes it lovable! check out more pics under.
