Mark McLeod, a 53-year-old fan of the Disney darling, was arrested near Savannah, Georgia a few weeks after police asked him to keep his distance from the “Last Song” movie set. Back in June, McLeod was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction after he tried to breach the security perimeter around the set. Taylor for Best Female Video for “You Belong With Me” and Miley for Best Editing for “7 Things.” It’s a little surprising they picked that video for Miley when it was released over a year ago around the same time the Jonas Brothers released “Burnin Up,” which was nominated for VMA’s last year.
