Mark McLeod, a 53-year-old fan of the Disney darling, was arrested near Savannah, Georgia a few weeks after police asked him to keep his distance from the “Last Song” movie set. Back in June, McLeod was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction after he tried to breach the security perimeter around the set.
