Noah Cyrus Has Joined the Twitter World

‘Miley Cyrus announced yesterday on twitter that her little sister Noah Cyrus has a twitter now. She tweeted, “My little sis Noah made a twitter! yayy! Follow @missnoiecyrus”  Noah’s bio on twitter says, “Hi. I’m Noah Cyrus. I am living my dream and having fun! “ The baby of the Cyrus clan has her own YouTube show called “Noie and Emms”.
