Miley Cyrus and Mandy Jiroux Dinner Date

Getting in some all-important girl time, Miley Cyrus and Mandy Jiroux were spotted out to dinner in Burbank, California last night (May 7). The “7 Things” songstress and her BFF looked to be having a marvelous time together as they chatted while walking past the paparazzi on their way home. In related news, Miss Cyrus was nominated for two MTV Movie Awards at the nomination announcement earlier this week- Breakthrough Performance and Best Song From a Movie.
